Auto-start and auto shut-down features simplify longer low-and-slow cooks without needing to babysit the fire, and two included meat probes track doneness without opening the lid. The main porcelain-coated grilling rack measures 22×19 inches, with an additional 22×7 inch rack bringing total cooking area to 572 sq in across two tiers. Rated at 20,000 BTUs with an 8kg pellet hopper, it’s built on a powder-coated steel frame with all-terrain wheels for easy repositioning.
