Description
The AEG ComboHob IDE84243IB pairs 4 induction cooking zones with a built-in extraction system rated up to 495 m³/h on boost, removing the need for a separate overhead cooker hood. The Bridge function combines two zones into one for griddles and oversized pans, while pot detection and a residual heat indicator add everyday safety alongside a full child lock. Hob2Hood technology automatically adjusts the extraction speed and lighting on a compatible AEG hood based on the cooking zones in use, so ventilation responds without manual adjustment. Nine extractor fan speeds plus a boost setting, removable filters, and a brushless motor round out the ventilation system, all controlled through an easy-clean touch surface with pause/recall and a built-in timer. Ideal for island or peninsula kitchens where a traditional hood isn’t practical.
