The Bosch Series 4 PVS811B16E combines 4 induction cooking zones (180mm–210mm) with a fully integrated downdraft ventilation system extracting up to 500 m³/h in normal mode or 622 m³/h on boost, so there’s no need for a separate cooker hood above the hob. CombiZone lets two classic cooking zones join into one large area for bigger pans and roasters, while TouchSelect gives precise control across 17 power levels. PowerBoost adds up to 50% more power for faster heating, and QuickStart and ReStart automatically detect cookware and recover settings after an accidental switch-off. The frameless glass surface sits slightly elevated to separate the cooking space from the worktop, with a Clean Air Plus odour filter and unducted recirculation slider included. Ideal for kitchens with an island or peninsula layout where a traditional overhead extractor isn’t practical.
