The Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 combines a griddle, open grill, and smoker in one charcoal-fuelled unit, using a gravity-fed hopper that holds enough charcoal for up to 10 hours of cooking without refuelling. DigitalFan technology and digital temperature control reach 110°C in 8 minutes, 230°C in 10 minutes, or a full 370°C in 14 minutes, giving fast access to both low-and-slow smoking and high-heat searing. A 5,160cm² total cooking area spans cast-iron grates plus the included griddle insert, with a built-in meat probe thermometer and a warming rack rounding out the setup. Four castor wheels make it easy to reposition despite its size.
