The AEG BEX335011B 3000 SurroundCook is a 72-litre built-in electric oven whose SurroundCook fan and additional heating ring keep the temperature even across up to three loaded trays. Functions cover True Fan Cooking, conventional cooking, pizza, turbo grilling, fast grilling, bottom heat and moist fan baking, across a 50-275°C range with a 1700W full-surface grill. AquaClean uses water and heat to loosen grease from the enamel lining, which sidesteps the running cost and long cycle of pyrolytic self-cleaning. Retractable rotary dials, an Isofront double-glazed removable door and five shelf positions make up a plain, easily wiped fascia, and a 2-year parts and labour guarantee applies. It needs a hardwired connection and a standard 560mm cabinet niche, so it suits a straight replacement in an existing housing unit.
