The AEG DCB331010M is a 59.4cm built-in electric double oven designed for a tall housing unit rather than an under-worktop space. The lower 61 litre cavity is the multifunction oven, using AEG’s SurroundCook fan to spread heat evenly across every shelf, while the 42 litre top cavity handles conventional top-and-bottom heat and grilling on its own thermostat. Catalytic liners break down splashes during normal cooking, so the walls need far less scrubbing than a plain enamel cavity. Retractable dials sit flush with the front when not in use and both doors are double glazed with a soft close.
