The Hotpoint HAO475PB is a 60 x 60cm built-in electric oven with a 71-litre cavity, one of the roomier capacities at this size, and a flat black glass front with a matching handle. It offers seven cooking modes: natural convection, eco natural convection, fan-assisted cooking, grill and turbo grill, plus two automatic programmes for bread and for pastry that set the temperature and time themselves. Cleaning is handled by Hotpoint’s Dual Cleaning arrangement — a short low-temperature hydrolytic cycle that softens light soiling with steam, and a high-temperature pyrolytic cycle that reduces baked-on grease to ash for the occasional deep clean.
