The Kenwood Chef XL KVL4100S steps up to a 6.7L stainless steel bowl and a 1200W motor, sized for anything from a single egg white to batter for 66 cupcakes in one go. Planetary mixing action covers every side, the centre and the bottom of the bowl for even results, with electronic speed control offering gradual adjustment rather than fixed steps. An aluminium K-beater, stainless steel whisk and aluminium dough tool are included along with a splash guard, and the range opens up to more than 25 optional accessories sold separately for tasks like pasta-making, grating and blending. A step up in capacity from the smaller Kenwood models already in this catalog, suited to a household that bakes in volume.
