The terms that apply when you use this website and buy from VOLTEU.

1. Who you are buying from

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed through the website by a consumer with a delivery address in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Ireland and every other EU member state. By placing an order you accept these terms. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.

3. Products and prices

All products are new and boxed. Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided as accurately as possible; minor differences in colour rendering may occur. Prices are in euro and include VAT at the rate applicable to the delivery country. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch; in that case you can cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Ordering and contract

An order is placed when you click the order button at checkout. We send an order confirmation by email; the contract is concluded when we dispatch the goods and send the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if payment is not authorised or if we suspect fraud — you are informed and any payment is refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of the order through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment service providers; we do not store card numbers.

6. Delivery

We dispatch within 1–2 business days and deliver within 3–7 business days to the address given at checkout. Delivery is free on orders over €199; otherwise a flat fee of €4.99 (€29.99 for built-in ovens and hobs) applies, as shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. Full details: Delivery and tracking.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, inform us by email at Ecommerceshop@gmail.com (you may use the return procedure) and send the goods back within 14 days of your notice. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods and are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and functioning of the goods. Sealed personal-care goods that have been unsealed after delivery are excluded for hygiene reasons.

8. Returns and exchanges

In addition to the right of withdrawal, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery under our Returns, Refunds and Warranty policy.

9. Warranty and conformity

Goods must conform to the contract for at least 2 years from delivery (3 years for deliveries in Spain) under EU and Spanish consumer law. If a product is defective you are entitled to repair or replacement, or, where that is not possible, a price reduction or refund. This is the 2-year warranty referred to on our site. 10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made or that are not caused by our breach.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, layout, images we created) belongs to VOLTEU or its licensors. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners; VOLTEU is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

12. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. If you have a complaint, contact us first at Ecommerceshop@gmail.com — we aim to resolve it within 14 days. You may also contact the consumer arbitration or mediation body in your country.
