The Core i7-14700F is the quiet, sensible member of the 14th-generation i7 family: the same eight performance plus twelve efficient cores as the K parts, 28 threads and 33MB of Intel Smart Cache, but with a locked multiplier and a lower power envelope, which makes it far easier to cool. The integrated GPU is disabled, so a discrete graphics card is required. Socket is LGA 1700, with DDR5 or DDR4 support depending on the board.
