The AEG BSX23101XM is a 60cm built-in electric single oven from the 6000 series with a 65 litre cavity and eight cooking functions covering true fan cooking, conventional heat, moist fan baking, a pizza setting, turbo grilling and defrost. SurroundCook adds a second circular heating element around the fan, which spreads heat more evenly than a plain fan oven and keeps results consistent across all four shelf positions. The AquaClean cycle uses water heated in the cavity base to loosen grease and residue in around 30 minutes, and the door plus its inner glass panels lift out for cleaning. Controls are push-pull rotary dials with a programmable digital timer, and the oven runs from a standard fitted 13 A plug rather than needing a hardwired connection.
