AEG 7000 SteamCrisp BSE572360M Built-In Steam Oven with Pyrolytic Cleaning (Stainless Steel)

The AEG BSE572360M is a 60 x 60cm built-in electric oven from the 7000 SteamCrisp range, with a 72-litre cavity and twenty heating functions, one of which injects steam. SteamCrisp combines that humidity with hot air so meat and vegetables keep their moisture while the surface still browns and crisps, and a Booster setting fires every element at once to reach temperature quickly. A core temperature probe measures the inside of a joint or a fish fillet as it cooks and shuts the oven off when the set temperature is reached, while forty-five Assist programmes cover common dishes for anyone who would rather not set times by hand. Cleaning is pyrolytic with three cycle lengths, reducing grease to ash that wipes away, and the cavity is reached through a soft-close triple-glazed door with telescopic rails on one level. It is aimed at Spanish kitchens upgrading a basic built-in oven to one that handles steam-assisted roasting and cleans itself.
