The AEG BEX335011M 3000 SurroundCook is a 72-litre built-in electric oven that circulates hot air with a fan and an additional heating ring, so three loaded shelves cook evenly rather than only the middle one. Its functions cover true fan cooking, conventional heat, pizza, turbo grilling, fast grilling, bottom heat and moist fan baking, with a 1700W full-surface grill inside a 2790W total load. AquaClean loosens grease from the diamond-glazed enamel lining using water and heat, which avoids both the running cost and the long cycle of a pyrolytic oven. The stainless fascia carries an anti-fingerprint coating, retractable rotary dials and an LED display with a timer, and the cavity offers five shelf positions behind a double-glazed door. It is the stainless-steel counterpart to the black BEX335011B, needs a hardwired 15A connection and a standard 560mm cabinet niche, and comes with a 2-year guarantee.
